StateSheet is operated by REKKY Consulting LLC (Utah, USA). This page covers the StateSheet waitlist.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your store platform, the number of states you file in, and the time you signed up. To prevent spam and abuse, we briefly keep a hashed form of your IP address, which is deleted within an hour.

How we use it

We use it only to email you about StateSheet early access and launch, and to decide which platforms to support first. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We set one session cookie so the signup form works securely. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Removal

Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe and have your information deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page. Last updated October 27, 2026.
